Condition Reports
Below you will find a break down of what to expect for each item condition
"NEW"
This is an item that is of New manufacture. This means that the item has not been worn at all and any stones are also new with no wear on them. If the item has been resized for you there may be a faint line (or two) where a piece of metal has been added or taken away to increase or decrease the finger size.
"EXCELLENT"
These items are Pre-Loved and will be close to 'New' condition, the item will most likely only have been worn on occasion and may have some very light signs of wear that shouldn't be overly visible. The stone(s) will be very close to new, with no visible wear present at all. The metal work will be the same, there might be some very, very small marks but the item will have been refinished (stones cleaned and metal polished) in our workshops with any light scratches removed. If the item has been resized for you there may be a faint line (or two) where a piece of metal has been added or taken away to increase or decrease the finger size.
"Very Good"
These items are Pre-Loved and will have very minor signs of wear. Wear of stones might constitute some light surface abrasion (on at least one stone). The metalwork might have one or two very small marks with anything surface removed by the workshop. The item will have been refinished (stones cleaned and metal polished) in our workshops with any light surface scratches removed. If the item has been resized for you there may be a faint line (or two) where a piece of metal has been added or taken away to increase or decrease the finger size.
"Average"
These items are Pre-Loved and will have some signs of wear. Wear of stones might constitute some surface abrasion on one or more stones, or, potentially a very tiny chip (not visible eye). The metalwork may have signs of wear too, it may have worn thinner in some places through its lifetime, or claws/setting edges may exhibit signs of wear too. The item will have been refinished (stones cleaned and metal polished) in our workshops with any light surface scratches removed. If the item has been resized for you there may be a faint line (or two) where a piece of metal has been added or taken away to increase or decrease the finger size.
