Refund policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

We rely on our great reputation, If something goes wrong... get in touch via the message button.

If you don't like something, let us know before you send it back by dropping us a message through Etsy, We'll then need the item back within 14 days to get a refund back to you. Hopefully we can resolve anything beforehand. This only applies to items that are ready to ship i.e pre-owned (pre-loved) items.

You must contact us straight away in the event of anything arriving, broken or damaged.

Unfortunately, Custom, Bespoke or Made to Order items cannot be returned unless the item is not to the specification agreed.
